💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure and convenient payment options to ensure a smooth shopping experience. You can pay using:

    Please note that while most debit cards are supported, some prepaid or international cards may not be compatible with our payment system.

🚚 When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon), Monday to Friday, are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after noon or during weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Free Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • We ship using Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, or trusted local couriers depending on your location and item.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, strike actions, weather, or other external factors.

🔄 How do I return an item?

If you'd like to return an item, please contact our support team first at contact@Goodyy.com 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we will email you a return slip, which must be printed and included in your package.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and with all accessories included.

❌ Can I cancel my order after purchase?

Yes. If you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@yourstore.com.

If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
If it has already been dispatched, you can still return it once you receive it (within the 30-day return period).

Note: All orders are processed and dispatched by 9 AM (Monday–Friday). Cancellation requests made after this time might not be accepted.

📦 What if the item I receive is broken or damaged?

We take great care in packing and checking every order before shipping.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@tempo.com with:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We’ll respond quickly to resolve the issue and send a replacement or refund if necessary.
